Expect a wait, especially if you are going in for a walk-in. The doctors have full time patients but also help out with walk in patients when they have a chance. The front staff and pharmacy staff are always very nice, polite and professional. I have only ever seen Dr. Doko who has been absolutely amazing. She does not judge you, takes your concerns seriously from the get go, and never belittles you or makes you feel dumb. If her practice was open I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor. I would also recommend the pharmacy as I never have a long wait and they are very accommodating.

I have been to this clinic a few times and overall, my experience has been pleasant. Minimal wait time (around 7-10 minutes, a bit longer during rush hours), timely service, and the staff and doctors are helpful and courteous. The onsite pharmacy is also very convenient.
